Imperial Whitetail Winter-Greens is an annual seed blend of cool season WINA brassicas specifically designed for late-season food plots and late-season hunting. Imperial Whitetail Winter-Greens is highly drought-resistant, able to withstand extremely cold temperatures and stands tall even under snow so that deer will find it when everything else is either dead or buried.

  • MORE ATTRACTIVE TO DEER than any other brassicas for deer tested by the Whitetail Institute
  • Fortified with a small amount of Whitetail Institute's TALL TINE TURNIP
  • Highly nutritious late season food source
  • Establishes and grows rapidly
  • EXTREMELY drought and cold tolerant
  • Provides abundant tonnage, attraction and energy in the early and late seasons

Deer love the taste of Winter-Greens, and you’ll love knowing they have a good source of nutrition during the winter – and best of all, they’ll come looking for it on your property.

    Best Winter Food Plot

Posted by Craig N. on 27th May 2015

I've planted Winter Greens now for 5 years. I've tried other products for post frost appeal but nothing compares. Come spring the plot looks like a barnyard, nothing left. All I have to do is go in and rototill once and its ready to plant. Winter Greens will always be part of my rotation.

The best thing you can do for your deer herd in the winter months!!

Posted by Jonah on 23rd Mar 2015

Let me start by saying Thank you whitetail institutes for an awesome product! I own an old 50 acre farm in northwest pennsylvania that i bought from my grandpa 5 years ago. 3 years ago i planted 3 acres in wintergreens. I never knew how many deer there where on this piece of land and surronding land for that matter!! The deer were still eating off this field clear through late flintlick season!! I had tubers the size of softballs! Great great product. This year i'm putting in 4 acres of wintergreens and dedicating a field to imperial clover with chicory. Can't go wrong!

We planted this last fall for the first time and we had deer in it every night in november for rifle season. I would highly reccommend!

    The absolute best

We have used WinterGreens for several years with outstanding results. It's the only thing our deer use once it gets cold.
