Imperial Whitetail Oats Plus is an oat-based product that is extremely attractive and winter hardy.

When a university tested different oat varieties for grain production, the grazing pressure by deer on one specific variety was so heavy it was eliminated from the tests.  Whitetail Institute found out about this variety and its testing proved that the oat was highly preferred by deer because of the oat’s high sugar content and that it is very winter-hardy. The result is Imperial Whitetail Oats Plus – the PREMIUM oat planting for deer that establishes and grows quickly, contains high levels of sugar for maximum attraction, and provides enhanced cold-tolerance.

    It been an very rainy season and I need to wait for plot to dry out. I planted this product over the Labor Day weekend and was impressed on how fast it grew. The deer have been in my plot at all times of the day eating their fill. Great product!

    It grew very fast and the deer wouldn’t leave it alone!! Going to plant it again this year! Very happy with it!

    Oats came up quick even with little rain. Deer hit it hard early but slowed down as the acorns fell. Overall, the oats grew well.

    Cant plant enough. Deer wont let it grow. Mowing it down within days

    My second time planting this here in coastal Oregon, frost tolerant, never stops growing all winter, the deer love it, geese too... then next summer the quail feast on the seed heads.

    These are so easy to plant and came up strong. Easily had 10 or more deer at a time in the plot, even at noon time and even during deer season!
