Business with the WHITETAIL INSTITUTE is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. By purchasing products directly from WHITETAIL INSTITUTE, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions that may be updated and/or modified at WHITETAIL INSTITUTE’s discretion from time to time. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between WHITETAIL INSTITUTE and Buyer, and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
WHITETAIL INSTITUTE offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on any product purchased directly through the WHITETAIL INSTITUTE. No refunds or returns will be accepted for products purchased from any dealer or distribution location. If for any reason Buyer is not completely satisfied with products purchased directly from WHITETAIL INSTITUTE, buyer may return products within 30 days of purchase, less a 25% restock fee. Products must be in original packaging and must be complete and in "new" condition. Buyer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for all products returned under this money-back guarantee. A RMA may be obtained by calling WHITETAIL INSTITUTE at 1-800-688-3030 ext. 210 during normal business hours. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
