Tall Tine Tubers
I planted 5 acres of tall tine tubers, excellent results

2nd review
I posted a review on these in 2018. Still planting them. They’re insane. This year I invested in a small no till drill to get them planted earlier (mid August). It’s now February and my 12 acres of softball size turnips are absolutely insane. Nothing to see 50+ deer on an afternoon hunt. These turnips have been a productive plot since October. Nonstop. They’ve just gotten more attractive over time as other food sources have dwindled.

Winter Attraction
Years ago I started with a small plot 1/4 acre of Tall Tine Tubers. Now I plant 3 acres of them and the deer will eat everything till gone. Also great place to locate sheds in the spring.

Follow the directions and grow your best foodplot
I have tinkered with food plots for the last couple years with disappointing results. This year I committed to learning as much as I could about food plots and implementing the plan that experts suggested. After many hours of youtube videos and articles about food plots I ended up on the Whitetail Institute website. The steps to a great food plot are simple - soil test, treat your soil, plant your seeds, and hope for rain :) My Tall Time Tubers were amazing this year. I actually don't care if I shoot a deer. I have hundreds of photos of deer in my plot at all hours of the day. That is my success. I will never use another product in my plots - as I plan on expanding them next year!

great deal
makes a great addition to foodplot

The best there is
Although cheaper, products direct from a mill don't hold a candle to the Whitetail Institute seeds in terms of productivity.

Game Changer
I'm sure you get feedback like this all the time but I am just simply blown away with the results from the Tall Tine Tubers this year. I own 200 acres and would typically estimate there to be 30-40 deer on my property at any given time. This simply based on lots of hunting and observation. This year I planted 4 of your products with the Tall Tine Tubers being one of them (1/2 acre). The other 3 (Pure Attraction, Whitetail Oats Plus, and Winter Peas Plus) germinated and did great but they just couldn't handle the browse pressure of a half dozen deer every day. The Turnips... different story. They went untouched for a few weeks until they reached 4-5" height and then the browse started. Before long we were seeing literally 30 deer in that ONE field at one time. This is not normal for my property. This year I'd estimate 75-100 deer on my 200 acres. Several nice bucks that according to cameras (and our hunting) are hanging very close to the center of the property where the Turnips reside. Yesterday my wife and I both killed very nice bucks (for our area). Hers was in the Turnips harassing a group of doe just wanting something to eat. Mine was not too far away from the patch either. Our hunting grounds have gone from good to magical and I think it's safe to say the Tall Tine Tubers have been the game changer! Now, the other 3 plots are creating some browse and deer are feeding in them. They're fine. They're just not the Tall Tine Tubers! Thanks so much! There will be lots more Tall Tine Tubers next year!!!

My favorite late season plot
I tried Tall Tine Tubers after several years of using other Whitetail Institute products and was so impressed its my main food plot seed now. If you are wanting a food plot to hunt late season it is hard to beat this mixed with the Whitetail Oats. I had turnips as big as softballs and after they mowed the tops down they pulled up the turnips. I actually found some carried off into the woods several hundred yards lol! I ordered double this year and cant wait to put them in the ground this weekend. AWESOME PRODUCT!
