Grasses and weeds can crowd out your carefully planted perennial food plots. Using the right herbicide can help ensure that your food plots perform their best and last much longer. Slay Herbicide is the field-tested selective broadleaf-weed herbicide that controls a wide spectrum of broadleaf weeds, sedges and grasses in clover and alfalfa fields.

Herbicide specifically developed for deer food plots
Spray spring or early summer when weeds are emerging and in the early growth stages.
Can be easily applied with a 4-wheeler or tractor sprayer
Safe for use in clover and alfalfa fields
This Slay weed killer must be mixed with a surfactant or oil additive, such as Sure-Fire Crop Oil Plus
Warning: Do not spray the Slay broadleaf herbicide on emerging seedling clovers or alfalfas

It seems to do an effective job , I'm not a professional by any stretch of the imagination but it is pretty effective, been using Whitetaile products for 25 + yrs

Slay did an amazing job of saving our food plots this year. We used it on three areas and one of the areas we replanted. The three we sprayed are amazing and the one we replanted is terrible. It needs to be replanted again but it's too late in the year.

Slay with surfactant and Arrest Max

These two herbicides keep my Fusion food plots free of unwanted plants. The soils are capable of holding but a limited amount of nutrients and I want those nutrients to only serve my Fusion.

Works well have to read directions and understand application rate. But even with that it does control the broadleaf weeds. Just wish they made it in a bigger container for tank sprayers. probably has something to do with regulations.

I have used this product several times. There was one year where I add some fields and ran out of the product in the middle of my application and did not spray two of my fields. When it came time to mow it was obvious what fields I did not spray. This works Great if applied as directed.

Part of my biggest plot used to be Prarie//pasture. Weeds weeds weeds. This stuff knocks em out fast. By the time the canopy of clover gets up no weeds to be seen. Love the product used it a couple times and will buy again..
