    Excellent herbicide for small weeds

Posted by Melvin T.-PA on 25th Feb 2016

I have used the Slay and Crop Oil for several years. The product works great as long as it's applied early in the spring when the broadleafs are small. I didn't know this the first year and applied it when my weeds were about 15" tall. It killed about 1/2 of the weeds. John at your office explained that the application should have been made earlier, just like the label says. The mistake was mine and since then I have used I in several plots with great results. If I can give anyone a hint. Dont' let the weeds get too tall and don't forget to add the Crop Oil. If you do this you will be very happy with the product.

Posted by Chris on 17th Aug 2015

Great product, I got a late start this year on Weed control due to my work schedule but Slay did the job on even the tall mature stuff. Very simple to use and I have already got my supply for next year.

    Made a Difference

Knocked out quite a bit of various weeds in my plot. Slowed clover growth a bit but worth the shock to get rid of some unwanted weeds.

    May not be product fault

Didn't kill large broadleaf weeds. May have let weeds get too high. It was too wet to spray

Works great on taller weeds as well

Posted by Duane R. on 17th Jul 2015

I could not spray the Chicory Plus before I had to go to Florida for 10 days as it was not yet 4" tall . When I returned to Illinois , it rained every day for a least a week before I could spray . By now , the weeds were almost to my knees . Sprayed the entire acre on 2 different days ( 3 days apart ) and you could tell exactly where I had left off spraying . Field looks great .

I just wanted to say I contacted your consultants on a weed problem I was having in my food plot and he worked with me through e-mails and pics of the weed. He got it identified and recommended to me to use Slay. Slay worked, the weeds are gone. I really appreciate the help and service I got. Great job!
