    Read plenty of reviews about different products. I went with WI due to their length in the business. I chose No-Plow because I'm just starting up and due to operating expense limits I don't have a bunch of equipment to prep a field properly. This works very well but the ground I did harrow is growing way better than places that wasn't prepped. I'm also in an area where there's only about 20 inches of annual rainfall which is 10 inches below the recommended amount.

    the most simple plot to plant. planted it and 3 days later already saw it coming up. and deer were already eating it up

    In three days I could already see some germination occurring. Not quite two weeks in and it looks like a lush green carpet. I followed the instructions pretty close, however I did use a small tiller to mix in lime and fertilizer. I put lime down and 13 13 13. Then tilled it in just before throwing the seed out. After broadcasting the seed I lightly packed it down with a rake and just walking over it. I tried to get it down just before a rain. Looks great so far. I did some other test plots with little or no preparation and it came up there as well.

    I was able to use my walk behind tiller to break up the top 2" if soil and planted this seed. Didnt rake it in just left it and luckily got a little rain two days later. after about 7 days it sprouted and has grown well. I also put a little garden fertilizer on it to help . About three weeks all the different seed type appear to be growing well and the deer and turkey are already loving it.

    In less than a week it had already shot up an inch. now just wait to check camera and see how the critters like it.

    I use a disc with my atv and turned the ground a bit. Before discing I limed and fertilized according to my soil rating.3 inch growth in 9 days. Awesome stuff.
